What We Believe

1. We believe in the inherent word of God - Genesis to Revelations

2. We believe that there is One God who manifests himself in Three Persons, The Father, The Word (Son) and the Holy Spirit (1 Jo 5:7)

3. We believe that the only way to God is through Jesus Christ, his Son and there is no other name given among men whereby we can be saved. (Acts 4: 12) (Jo 10: 1-9) (Jo 14:6)

4. We believe that all who have received Jesus have the Spirit of God in them and they are “children” of God. This is being "born-again"! (Jo 1:11) (Jo 3:3-7) (Ro 8:9)

5. We believe that to receive Jesus is very uncomplicated and to receive him one must simply confess with their mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in their heart that God raised Jesus from the dead (Rom 10:9,10)

6. We believe that you can have more of the Spirit called the “Baptism of the Holy Ghost” with the evidence of speaking with other tongues. Saved people are filled with the Holy Ghost, not unsaved people. (Acts 2:4) (Acts 10:45,46) (Jo 7:38,39)

7. We believe that all who have received Jesus Christ as their personal savior must be baptized in water as per the scriptures. Saved people get baptized, not unsaved people. (Matt 28:19) (Acts 2:38)

8. We believe in the five-fold ministry gifts or callings, the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, & Teacher. All five still function and none have been done away with. (Eph 4:11)

9. We believe that God equips his ministers and the body of Christ with the Gifts of the Spirit (1 Cor 12: 1-31)

10. We believe in the “catching away”of the body of Christ before the tribulation period and after the tribulation, Jesus will return with his bride (Armies) and will rule in Jerusalem. His one thousand year reign will begin then. Come dear Jesus (1 Thess 5: 1-10) (2 Thess 2:1-13) (Rev 20:4,5)

11. We believe that we are suppose to go into all the world and preach the good news (Gospel) of Jesus Christ! We have a responsiblity to obey his command and do so with the "authority" he has given us. (Matt 28: 18-20)

12. We believe the signs will follow them that believe! (Mark 16:17,18,20)
